My Little Baby Born Bathing Fun doll Review

Our daughter Alisha just loves her baby dolls and it came as no surprise when along came this cute little Baby Born  doll from the Zapf Creation range, perfectly sized at 32cm she can drink just like a real baby and wet her nappy its suitable for 2 years and above though in my opinion a year year old can happily play with it under supervision,I know my daughter happily would of she hated the soft doll versions.

One very exciting part of this doll is that you can give it a bath to keep her nice and clean, this has always been one thing I have not looked forward to as with most of her hard bodies dolls its really difficult to get it all dry with leaking water this doll however was perfect literally within 2 hours if that(I didn't check until that amount of time had passed) she was dry and ready to get dressed to go out shopping!

I think it's very cute where she wets her nappy Alisha loves playing role of mummy to her,Alisha's only problem is that her little brother Aaron has taken a real shine to her as well taking her whenever he can so much so we have ordered him his own baby doll for Xmas fingers crossed he loves it just as much!

Size wise is perfect my daughter loves dolls of all sizes but this is also great for little hands without being too small that its hard to pretend its real,I love her very cute romper suit and hat,its a shame the eyes are fixed as Alisha keeps saying she's really tired but wont sleep mummy!

I highly recommend this doll for all doll lovers aged 18 months plus, fantastic gift idea for Xmas you can buy it for around £19.99 and don't forget to check out the complete Zapf Creation range over on their website....As for me time to buy this baby a proper bath.....I wonder if a buggy fight will happen come Xmas :/

Christmas with Baker Ross

Christmas is my favorite time of the year I love everything about it from wearing Xmas jumpers and playing Xmas tunes especially the classics, baking, crafting, even getting the Xmas eve boxes ready and wrapping the present I even enjoy choosing the gifts and making lots of notes of what to buy and who has what, the only thing I hate is the business of the shops which is why I like to be finished by December and I'm happy to say minus a couple of small bits and food we are all set just need to get the tree and decorations up!

Recently I received a knock at the door and was handed another fabulous box of crafts from Baker Ross I'm new to the Baker Ross panel of Bloggers but I must say me and my children are loving testing out all of their fantastic products all at such great prices. This time around its Xmas themed products including gingerbread hanging decorations,Nativity Lanterns a snowman house kit Christmas bucket buddies festive door hangers and our son Aaron's favorite the mini toy penguin's

We loved all of our Christmas box especially the mini Snowmen toys and the Snowman house kit which I was really surprised by how easy it was to assemble, the one thing we did struggle with was the Angel peg doll kit,We went really wrong somewhere and didn't manage to get one completed that didn't look ummmm Scary!....then again I'm a complete newbie when it comes to anything complex crafting wise.
The Reindeer frames are totally lush, very very cute! they look so good just need to find some  pictures to go inside them,The kids loved coloring in the door hangers and after asking me to write their names promptly put them on their bedroom door handles where they plan on keeping them till the big day!

Baker Ross has once more given our children hours of fun crafting to do which will look fantastic alongside the rest of our Christmas bits and the tree,Go check out their great range now and stock up, perfect to get the kids busy before the next time, or why not even buy a bundle of stuff and give it as a present, hours of enjoyment to be had at low prices,or do my personal favorite and pop an activity ot two into each of the children's Xmas eve boxes which they can do before bedtime,Baker Ross is very versatile in what you decide to do. We love them and so Will you!

London fun

I just realized that i never got around to writing up about my fantastic girly London trip with my fabulous friend Viccy from Jelly Rose Yate........We had lots of fun and managed to squeeze in lots in the amount of time we had there including:

  • Madame Tussaud's
  • London Dungeon(sadly you cant take pictures there)
  • took in the sites around Big Ben,The London Eye,Westminster ect
  • Emirates Air Line(night time cable car flight)
  • a bit of shopping
  • M&M World
  • and Ripley's Believe It Or Not
We stayed at the very welcoming and comfortable Blackfriars Premier Inn where we had a lush yet very filling cheese pizza for dinner and a fab breakfast in the morning.

Here's a few of my favorite pictures from our trip to sum it all up better than I could possibly explain!    Do you live in London or have you been somewhere other than what I have mentioned? If so leave me a comment below with places you recommend checking out :)
