Easter Fun With Baker Ross

Easter is nearly upon us and that means its time for lots of fun family time,it makes no difference if you go to church and everything involved with that side or if you just love going out and about or staying home and baking or crafting or you just wanna stuff your face full of chocolate....for us personally we like to do a mixture of everything and what better way to kick start Easter?.......None other than receiving a big box of crafty stuff to do from the wonderful people over at Baker Ross.

So many lovely things to choose from we didn't know where to start so all 3 kids with a little bit....Ok a lot of help from us big kid's got stuck into a bit of everything all at once, included among our products we received were:

Some mega cute Bunny pop-a-crayons a pack of 5 costing just £1.99 perfect for colouring our Easter puzzles and would make great Easter gifts if your doing up little Easter bags with goodies or a hamper.

Easter Cross Stitch Kits a pack of 5 is £3.49,This was one of the easiest crafts that the kids had to do,we made the mistake of stitching before colouring which made it a bit more awkward but the kids didn't seem to mind,Aaron especially loved this craft even though he needed some help.

The Easter Egg Jigsaw Puzzles, great value at £1.99 for a pack of 8, this was the craft Aaron enjoyed the most mainly as it was something he was able to independently do by himself.

I forgot to take a picture of our finished craft but I will add one, these mini Birdhouse Gift boxes were great, a little bit tricky but the end result was so pretty costing just £2.99 for 10

OMG these are so nice, very cute hanging decorations but my goodness they were tricky I'm not sure if there is some kind of trick all the children gave up even our 16 year old had a go and failed,we were constantly dropping the beads they were so small, and you had to be careful when transferring the finished product as the slightest knock the beads would fall back out and go everywhere!! Easy to iron over and love how they look at the end but for us with 2 boys with Autism it's not a craft we hope to do again anytime soon as much as they look great!...Easter Egg and Bird fuse beads are £3.96 for a pack of 6.

Tissue Paper flower kit....£3.49 for 6, look really pretty we still need a bit of practice to get them look right but very enjoyable to make.

3D Bird Scratch Art decorations pack of 8 £2.99....perfect for even the smallest of hands so easy to scratch your own design and put together,we loved this and highly recommend.

Arrow wooden plaques pack of 2 for £3.45, great multi purpose signs in this case brilliant for finding the way to all of those yummy chocolate treats.

Apple wooden bird feeder £1.99 each + Bird ceramic flowerpots pack of 4 for £4.99.
Ceramic paint £9.99 for a 6 pack.
2 very cute products my daughter loved painting her love bird with pink spots she now wants us put some flowers in it(on the to do list)
the apple bird feeder was very easy to do,Ethan enjoyed taking over putting it together with just a little bit of help,I personally loved the pastel coloured paint.

We would like to say a big thank you to Baker Ross for yet another exciting box of fun crafts......

Pirates Of The Pavilion

We went to watch Pirates Of The Pavilion at Weymouth Pavilion.

we joined Becky,Seadog Billy,Captain Filibuster,Magic Melody and our favourite Morgiana.lots of  swash buckling fun,wet and messy fun(for me anyway) It was very entertaining, we especially loved   Morgiana, the kids were in stitches during some parts,it even kept Ethan and Aaron both entertained and in their seats not an easy task with both of them having Autism.we were also very fortunate to meet some of the cast ...they have since been begging to come back to another show!!

Butlins Memories

I just came across an album with pictures from me and my 2 oldest daughters first visit to Butlin's Bognor Regis resort back in 2006 this was before I had my youngest 3 children, Carla and Rachel are now 15 and 16. I remember not being sure if my daughters, godparent or myself was more excited, we went late march for around £330 for the 4 of us which was great value for money in a sliver room and meals included. We had a blast which is why we have been recently returning...here are the pictures i have found:
