The Debenhams back to school competition

Boy has summer flown by it seems like only last week that they broke up and so it brings us to that time of year again when we have to make a huge dent in our pockets in the process of getting the kids ready to go back to school.

This year we have 4 kids to fork out for,my daughter starts reception class,my son goes into year 3 and my two teen daughters will be in years 9 and 10. i cant rely on 2nd hand as there is such a big gap between my teens and their younger sister not to mention we moved to Weymouth just last year and the uniform is completely differant to their old one.

We normally rely on Asda for school clothes mainly to be cost effective and our local school shop for anything requiring a logo such as school jumpers, needless to say my oldest daughters are not overly keep on the Asda choice as fair as Fashion for school goes!

I asked my children to look on the Debenhams website and tell me if they could wear anything to school what would it be? Here is their choices:

My oldest daughter Carla aged 14 chose

  1. Bluezoo girls black bat cape t.shirt
  2. Baker girls black zip detail leggings
  3. Bluezoo black patent ballet pumps
  4. RJR.John Rocha black panel biker jacket

My 13 year old daughter Rachel chose

  1. Bluezoo dark blue woven denim skirt
  2. Bluezoo pale pink butterfly printed t.shirt
  3. Mantaray navy knitted poncho
  4. Bluezoo bright pink glitter welllies

My son Ethan aged 7 chose
  1. Jasper Conran designer boys blue carrot jeans
  2. Angry Birds red t.shirt
  3. Adidas blue Spiderman trainers
  4. Bluezoo navy faux fur trim parka jacket

And lastly y little girl Alisha aged 4,now Alisha will wear dresses especially pink ones or tutu styled ones day or night regardless and as you will see this was no exception!

Alisha chose

  2. Bluezoo light blue denim jacket
  3. Bluezoo pink flower T-bar strap shoes

Gnat casual fun shirt review

i was recently given the chance to review the Gnat casual fun shirt from jokers masquerade,Pimary designed for men i was asked to see if a woman could pull it off....i love it but lets see what you all think....

The shirt itself was sent quickly via post, i have to admit my first thought when i pulled it out was that i was going to look like Mr.Tumble! Very bright and eye catching design so many different colours and patterns to it my eyes didn't know where to look first, a lovely cotton and polyester material, nice and cool to the touch.

This shirt is certainly for  brave and fun individuals who are not afraid to stand out, perfect for fancy dress party's or even as a different approach to the normal boring white shirt under a suit especially if teamed with the matching tie.

I personally love this shit and even as a woman i would happily wear it out when the nature calls(not as casual wear though) hehe. i found there was enough room without swamping me i think it looks great with a pair or black jeggings and a vest top underneath allowing you to tie it at the waist and leave some buttons undone and for the RRP of £23.99 i think its well worth the money.

And finally here is me wearing my extravagant  fun shirt....so what do you think? can a woman pull it off? i certainly think so!
