 my thoughts:
Arrived in lots of bubble wrap for protection,and extra added adult fun of course!
upon opening i was stunned by the stands simple yet stunning beauty,really nice strong yet not too heavy wood,i chose the engraving of I CAN COOK the reason being one my kids love that show and secondly its a standing joke between us as a family because i actually cannot cook i try but i just cannot do it! baking i can do even if it don't seem to look that great it always seems to taste it luckily.


The engraving itself was outstanding very nicely done and clean cut,upon using i found baking cakes was a breeze normally i would struggle reading the instructions but with the use of this very lovely stand it was a breeze as i was left hand free to concentrate on what i was doing,perfect size and width for both big thick cook books and smaller thinner ones alike.





I love the little extra bit of wood in the middle as this helps to hold and grip the book,i love how perfect it looks on my kitchen worktop :).although it is a high in price item  it is so worth the money for getting such a quality item and it would i agree make just the most perfect gift for lots of occasions.







Please excuse the mess of these cakes it was supposed to be whipped fondant icing needless to say i have never piped before.
