Tutu Thursday!

It's that time again time for tutu thursday and this week we have our long awaited custumed tutu!
Alisha's Batgirl tutu....now this special tutu came from the lovely company Tiny Treasures RRP £19.99(because of the amount of fabric and time put it it will cost more than this if you would like one i only received for this price as it was the first of its kind).

Now due to the cost and style of our very fabolous tutu we are only wearng this one on special occasions/occasional hot day out,so these images are to show you and i will do another post when we wear out but alisha has preschool and i dont want paint all over it! so she has changed into her cupcake tutu.

The Tank Museum Review

The Tank Museum is the museum of the Royal Tank Regiment & Royal Armoured Corps.

The home of the Tank!

The Tank was a British invention that changed warfare for ever when it was introduced in World War One- and Bovington has been the home of the tank ever since.

From the Somme to Tiananmen Square or D-Day to Desert Storm the tank has played a part in shaping history- and it continues to do so today. This unique collection of over 300 vehicles is regarded as the best in the world and includes the world's first ever tank, the feared German Tiger Tank and the modern Challenger 2.

The exhibitions tell the story of armoured warfare from World War One to the present day.as you explore the museum's six large halls you will come face to face with vehicles that have seen action in all the major wars of the 20th century and hear first-hand accounts from those who fought in them.

PLUS!

In the arena you can get closer to the action with Tank Action displays,Tracked vehicle rides and a range of fantastic events.

Also:

  • free family activity trails
  • children's play tables
  • children's activity area
  • Dressing up activities
  • hands on exhibition interactives
  • outdoor play area

We was lucky enough to win a family ticket to visit the Tank museum in our daughters preschool raffle and rather than bore you with talk i'm just going to share our pictures from the day with you,we all had a blast it's a must visit for families/couples or singletons alike though a love of Tanks is a must! which i'm happy to say i have though i wont lie playing Battlefield 1942+3 has nothing on seeing the real things!!

The Tank Museum can be found in South Dorset,Bovington, BH20 6JG
